First sold at our flagship shop in Burnt Ground, St Elizabeth, our famous rum cake was made to order and wrapped in starched linen with its batch number stamped in an azure wax seal for collection.
 
Our rich spiced cake is made with a secret combination of fruits aged in Jamaica's famous overproof export, Wray & Nephew, for a minimum of 1 year.

    Jamaica House Blue Label products are made to heirloom recipes that have never been changed. As the first product in this range, we're passionate about continuing our heritage of quality, which is why we produce no more than 1000 rum cakes each year.

    Each cake we create for you will be personalised with a unique batch number and name.
